1 year is for NYSE companies my friend. Come on Let's get real. Here is your plan if you don't mind me giving you some trading Ideas, all Imo because that's what I'll do if I were you. Sell 1 million @ 0005, sell 1 million @ 001 and the rest depending on as things shape up, all Imo. Look at news and most importantly FLOAT.

Why would you think 1 year. By then we may have 10 billion OS. That said if the company doesn't dilute and Aronstien can produce some revenue going forward we may hit 01 in a few months. Never invest in pinkies for 1 year. Exceptional case 1 in 1000 will make it to pennies. I'm hoping the exception goes for SMAS, but don't bet your hard earned money like that.
