Well if Nicosan Sales were as some here thought during our third quarter then I would think they could have paid off the Alembic Loan. If Pandey did loot the company as Basu says then that could explain why NOW they haven't paid off Alembic!! I also find it odd that Soji who was on the BOD of both Xechem Int. and Nigeria would resign after years of nothing?? Being so close to the New Facility being completed and sales SAID to be up by some sources I would think no way would he walk away.
