GTEC is acting a bit strange today... increase in volume, an up day not really based on the chart, big blocks on L2 seem to show some early short covering, big spreads at times with a large trailing bid, a propensity for the mm's to let the ask go a little more... plus you can just feel the low-frequency hum of a monster PR being written as we speak. Ok, well... I can.
