>>The MM's have a real problem in delivering the PLKC shares they nakedly shorted over the last 4 years inthat the CRIMINALS want to deliver as many FTD's ( Fail To Delivers ) and remove those counterfeit shares from circulation as cheaply as possible or they will face SEC consequences , that is IF the SEC is serious about enforcement .

Only one way, to put a class action against all this criminals
