the charts are the psychological reflection of the emotions of the investors...what you are asking is how will the investors feel based on the information that is unkown.

you also presume that we were "headed" to some direction prior to the upgrade...did you see the last chart i posted?

my opinion?...not much downside left, short of bad news.
