(Pink Sheets:GRYW) is pleased to announce it has entered into a new distribution agreement for its Radio Communications Division. The company has entered into a Manufacturer's Representation Agreement with "The Sales Group."

The Sales Group is a Manufacturer's Representative Sales and Marketing Agency serving the Wireless Communications and Public Safety markets since 1986.
