Midave, I take the point and publicity is usually welcome. However, looking at what Tony was quoted as saying, an alternative interpretation of what has occured suggests itself. It is not really fair to discuss an on-going appeal (especially not knowing all the details), but I would suggest that there are valid uses for DNAP's technology and that there are situations where the technology is not applicable - and which we should probably therefore question our involvement in. That is all I am doing.
