I'm with RHM on this one...

Just a W.A.G. here, but I get the feeling someone is trying to generate interest in a dog stock to get rid of it.

Look, WSSE, XMET and WPMLF are just Pino dividend stocks worth less than the ether they are written on... unless you actually BOUGHT them. We all know that's Swedish for 'crap'.

You might also want to check into the legality of posting a statement that is knowingly false related to stocks. Feds have no sense of humor for that.
