I'm not sure what the first dose amount is. Without knowing that, it's hard to make any 'educated guesses'. I'm assuming it's at least 0.3, but have note heard yet.
I do expect impressive results against HIV based on bavi's multiple MOA's-

(this is from Phil Thorpe's UTSW page) -

* We have found that PS becomes exposed on the external surface of virally infected cells,

* Bavituximab achieves its protective effects by directing host cells to kill the virally-infected cells

* and by causing opsonization and clearance of virions from the bloodstream.

* In addition, the antibody appears to negate PS-mediated immunosuppressive signals
(which is the fascinating MOA that I post all the corroborative papers about)...
