that's exactly my thoughts as well, I still have a good chunk of shares here and with the coming proxy statement, we might get a big surge once people realize that the buyout is on the table. In any event, the fundamentals and growth potential alone for DMTN should give us a PPS much higher then here IMO. If apple,google, and Bidu can trade 80-90x their earnings why would DMTN not be allowed to trade in a forwrad P/E of 15-20 or even higher :) JMHO
