I like your idea of stucture and inter workings of the different entities. SWVC is a shell somewhat like we had in our organization. One being the overall mother entity and then all the separate smaller entities being within. Only to be absorbed when and where we thought it best fit the picture.
If the one of the smaller entities ran into hard time and had to be closed, it would not hurt the larger entity or cost anything. We just reaped our share of the profits. This I believe is a lot of the strategy Tom is using at this time. So it is best we wait for further P/R before saying or doing anthing rash. of course imo
