i dont see why dilution is such a big deal. historically it doesn't affect this stock. Chart is still in line; its not like the PPS is falling off the support. The only concern i have is the MMs. All other discussions are pointless at this point. SWVC is still undervalued, once Hacketts come, MMs won't be able to hold this thing back.
