I am a strong long and have held a large position in the stock for over a year. I still am concerned that even if we get a sizable setttlement from the J3 and Arm, why would that necessarily cause the other infringers to step up to the plate and settle? They still have time to wait for the PTO decision in Congress, or whether the patent challenge will be successful. That is why I would rather see us go to court, because it appears that we have a strong case, and a victory would pressure the other infringers to settle then.
