They may or may not file all their purchases, if they go over 10% I believe they will have to list purchases(just keep checking the SEC filings for NUVO) I can say they owned the 709,000 prior to the price drop, my guess would be that the 709,000 shares had prices above $5.

Just did some more DD on VISIUM ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, the new 7.29% holder, 709,000 shares had been bought prior to the drop and these guys are one of the big biotech fund companies, 138 holdings worth over 1 1/2 billion dollars. I just decided that this may add more of a kick to the price that I thought it could. I would also guess that they know Ferghana Partners Inc., their holdings have crossed paths several times.
