Dear Mr. Berman,

Since you requested that I refrain from contacting you via email a few weeks ago, I am writing you here on ihub in hopes that you might read this. Hopefully it might be passed on to you if you in fact don't read this board.

Short and sweet and to the point....

I have no idea whether or not the numerous claims made against you are true or not. I prefer to believe they are not, but many here have made quite convincing arguments against you and for me it has been quite disturbing as an RSDS investor. It seems clear that certain events of the past 6-7 months have dramatically affected the share price.

So, I'm asking you this...

Do you really believe that your shareholders are your number one priority? I have been a shareholder since March of this year, and the statement you put out there about shareholders being the number one priority has stayed with me all this time. For you to not respond to emails of mine, and for you to ask me to refrain from contacting you again has deeply troubled me. Whether or not you believe or understand me, I have been a dedicated supporter of the company, the company's goals and in many ways you. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, you appear to genuinely not care and seem not to be sincere in your intentions for your shareholders and the company.

I ask you from my heart, to please reach out and try harder to communicate with us and answer our questions and concerns as best as you can. I do not want to see this company fail, and as a compassionate human being, as well as a Christian, I do not wish for your demise as well.
