If share holders are not allowed to convert because they've been calling the company a scam.....the sp is going to be just about worthless.
The longs are going to buy up the few remaining shares from the bashers who are here trying to flip the stock for a fast buck. Sure....there may be some pocket change to be made by skillful flippers...but then they're out.
The longs will quickly buy up the remaining float and convert.
Sorry...but it looks they have succeeded in rewarding the faithful and sqeezing out the scam sayers all in one move.....brilliant statagy....Check Mate! LOL
