It doesn't really matter how nice it all looks or whether they have back-end management or not. What matters is: can you get your money off.
That's all that matters and it was the only thing that mattered for the past 7 months.
I remember MT saying: watch the exchange for a while, see if you like it and then you can still decide to convert or not. Well: there was nothing to see, so I guess not a lot of people converted.
