Are you in BRST? If you take a look at PTSC and OPTI ,these types of play take a lot of times to turn out good..but when they move..they move big!

Al I know right now is I am very comfortable holding a BIG position in the stock...Everything that I have seen so far indicates to me that we will prevail and get a settlement.

-4 law firms on contingency
-The fact that Apple was in negotiation for many months before going to court (which indicates the issue at hand is NOT the patent but $).
-The CEO invested 60 million into his company and spend many years developing the product.
-The fact that Judge Patel RULED in favor of burst during the Markman hearing..which defines the terms of the patents.

This thing will go. Mark my word...or else im broke lol :P
