sometimes_right, I do believe there is a proxy. I believe the proxy in it's original form was worthless. That's why I think there is a delay so some pertenant information can be put in it. If there is no $0.55 buy-out, there needs to be solid information that will take the stock price to that level or higher, or this pinky is toast. I do hope all works out as I have added to my position today (yesterday). However I think there is only a 2% chance this stock will be priced at $0.20 or higher by the end of the year. Hope I'm wrong. - Misterbull
