This seems like it is close to the bottom based on the last month of trading.Bottom line here is if you are buying this right now you will see .10 with no problem IMO before the hurricane season even starts.Regardless of Fife and any dilution or bad financials..06 was the low last year so if .03 is the low this year and it still hit .30 this year I conservatively can say .15 again next year,and that is with no storms.turn 1K into 5k if you can hold and let it sit for a while.I am still going to wait until after 11/30 to get back in.that is the official close of the season.Even though you can say it is pretty much over now.
