Just spoke to Darryl Dennis...

Darryl confirmed all of the following. None of this is my interpretations of what he said. Direct quotes are in quotes, otherwise I've just reiterated what Darryl said:

1. James Groves and Peng He were "asked to leave" SPZI and are now gone.

2. They were not "key employees" and they do NOT have any ownership rights to SWARM or any other SPZI software.

3. SPZI own SWARM. Spooz has sole, legal ownership of the source code of SWARM and there has been no challenges by these employees in this regard. They would have no legal rights to it in any case.

4. There are "PRs" being prepared right now, coming soon.

5. There was a huge short position taken as these FUD PMs and E mails were being sent out. SPZI is ready to hand the issue off to their lawyers to investigate the situation which SPZI management believe was a criminal manipulation of the PPS. They intend to find out who was behind this disinformation campaign.

5. Everything pertaining to SPZI launches and the 141 launch is on track and the comany is in excellent condition and excited about the future.

end of Darryl's comments.

--------------------

Now for my comments.

Anybody who has ever worked near software knows that you have no rights to software developed by the company you work for. Non-disclosure agreements and non-competition agreements are standard operating procedure.

I called the T/A. The O/S has not changed and is still 1.46 billion shares which gives us a market cap of about $5million.

It's funny that some of the same folks who were swearing SWARM was worthless to SPZI are now saying it's so valuable in other people's hands.

SWARM is not in other people's hands and it never will be.
SWARM is valuable.

And one last thing, if you believe Paul and SPZI could come into Wall Street's face with BS technology and try to fake out the whole professional world of sharks that swim there, you're insane.

From this PPS, I really like this play now. IM in and looking to add

SPOOZCAT RULES BLOOMBERG!!!!!

Try not to obfuscate. All posts are opinion.
