The 504 was finished, and the increase in share count is not a new 504. I don't know where this all came from about the new 504, but from speculation about the increase in shares. Legally they can't issue another 504 for a year after the first one ends, so therefore he did not. This company needs money to operate, and they aren't in any debt, and with the selling of shares into the market with such freqency as this one, they are staying out of debt from what it looks like. IMO, just speculation, but they are breaking even with the dilution, and yes I might add, at our expense in the PPS.
