Thanks, great post. I agree with you regarding food/agriculture and water, these might be pretty good sectors to buy and hold when we hit the fan.

I have no idea about the timing of a coming decline (maybe not 2008 but later, who knows), but even now the market looks scary. On another hand, I looked scary in the summer of 2006 as well...
