It is pretty easy to find examples of where, after you were specifically asked not to post someone's name, you responded by posting it repeatedly. So, where you don't say that you thought it was ok, your actions pretty much confirm it. If you don't consider a person's name to be "personal information", perhaps you need to buff up your understanding of the English language.
