I see. You seem to be backing off your statements that you have been continually lied to? Now you're saying that Putnam told you what he knew to be true and since it didn't come to pass, it's his fault? This makes no sense to me. All you're saying, really is that they their OEMS have not followed through on their business plans promises? Welcome to life on the OTC, and specifically, e.Digital who are - are will always be - at the mercy of their OEMS.
Falk needs to go away - fast? Don't you think that might look a little strange to the people we're doing business with - specifically, the people he has negotiated - and is negotiating - contracts with? You seem to think that the business and contacts they have come about on their own? It was current management that cultivated these relationships. (Let me add here that it was Collier negotiated the F10 contract, fwiw). With all due respect, I don't think you have a very realistic view of things. Furthermore, the information about Digitalway and the write-back issue is no secret and has been known for quite awhile.
You state we have "absolutely no good news or revenue" to look forward to? I disagree. In fact, these people you think so inept just told us that we can look forward to more product announcements this year.
I think what you might be saying is that you have no good news to look forward to based on your investment horizon. My perspective is quite different, particularly since I have the time to wait this out. Clearly, you do not. All I got out of the last webcast is that everything had been pushed back - not that all was gloom and doom. I believe what the management is saying. If I didn't, I wouldn't be here - and I can't understand why anyone else would.
This is the highest-risk investment anyone can make. If you can not afford to lose your money, you really should not be here. There are plenty of places your money (and time) would be better served in this market. IMO, your spending your time here in what I can only describe as an undermining effort of your own investment, serves no good purpose.
