I can tell you how it appeared to me, but to enlighten would cost you more,lol.

I see a way for Apple Rush to be traded in the market, albeit as a pinky, I also see Rush Net and Rush Beverage getting a slice of that pie via percentages owned. I do have concerns, ie. how is he going to raise the cash to run two-no 3 companies, is more dilution on the way? Can he get investors? We really have zero info as to sales, distribution, status of the Amicalola investment, so there's lots to be concerned about but also some rays of hope.
