DWP.. Please go back and look at the pinksheet companies who performed a R/S.. did they give you any warning?? Were they fully compliant and fully reporting?? I think the answer is that 99.9% of them were not. I see your experience is down here in the wild west where most companies don't have anything.. including even revenue or perhaps even a business plan.. just a story. Big difference between those companies and AERO. In fact, AERO is in rarified air. It qualifies in every way for a move to the OTCBB..and I expect that to happen soon. This would put them in the .1% of pinksheet companies that actually achieve this level...they obviously have a business plan, a strategic growth strategy, great products.. and yes, they have revenue. Something I'm quite certain none of the companies you currently invest in (or trade in) likely even have.

In any event, I found it quite odd that this board was overwhelmed by people who tried to instill fear into others by focusing on those words in the 8k about the r/s. As I said, the company obviously had good reason for putting them in there.. and if they wanted to pull a fast one on us, they certainly wouldn't have put those words in there in the first place. But that's neither here nor there, since the 8k was filed the company has since clarified that statement.

Btw, I see you're STILL implying that a rs is coming.. kinda funny actually. Please go back and read all the PR's.. Particularly the one which states the company expects to achieve break-even cash flow in the near term. Clearly the acqusition of Dr. Gas will have a dramatic impact on the financial situation at AERO. Have you seen their modelling and projections?? Just curious, because you state things with authority when clearly that could not the case.

Also btw, please do some research on M&A transactions (mergers and acquisitions) I think you'll find that a large percentage of these.. perhaps 70%+ involve equity exchange. That's just what public companies do..lol.. anyway, gotta run. I think we'll see some good stuff next week. GLTA
