I agree and disagree. Indirect affect is acheived by perception or portrayed perception. Investing is an emotional arena, whether we like it or will admit or not. As I read the board every day, the meer speculation of "Gloom and Doom" causes perceptions of total failure. We don't need that, the fact of no communication alone accomplishes the "negativity" all by itself. Supporting it with "could happen" supports the negativity. If we stick to facts, which is "no communication", we have a discussion board. If we hypothesize about the "plans " of the company and what we "think " they are doing or going to do, and it is to the negative, we put nails in our own coffins as far as current investors sustaining a strategy against a barrage of "the sky is falling". Any new or potential investor would not touch this with a ten foot pole, simply becuase we present, here, every day, a hundred times a day, a very scary scenario, becuase we don't know. Why can't we simply say we don't know. Perception is reality, what one believes is what they understand, and we present the worse case scenarios regularly here, and that, will damage perception of the company. We have excellant DD here, filings and facts ... THAT is what we should talk about...
These "what if's" scenarios negative and positive, do no good... stick to the facts without "personally influenced perception" presenting it as fact...
We have a drug that works, we have a pilot plant producing, have documented sales, we have a new plant being built, we have many interested / demanding parties wanting the drug, we have a law suit by the former CEO, we have a law suit by the brother of the former CEO, we have a counter suit by the company, we have XeChem India ownership in contention, we have 5-HMF in study, we have African countries wanting in on distribution, we have pursuit of UK and US distribution, we have a drug supported by the Nigerian government, we have patients that have been on the drug for an extended period that say it works.
What we don't have is current production, sales and revenue figures from the company, we don't have recent filings, and we don't know where the PIPE ratchet is going.
I could go on for days... the point is , THESE ARE FACTS... NOT HYPOTHESIS or THEORY...
There is way to much emotion injected into posts here, I am down, I am frustrated, and even at times, pissed, but DO NOT post it here to inadvertently sway the masses, even without intent or malice.
Review the facts, the DD and the scope of this investment in the real world... that is what this board is for.
