Let me get this straight, 1(one) Billion shares are offered up for sale...5 cents apiece. JV controls 70% of those shares. So 300 million shares are negotiated for trade. Garland Harris, as owner of Fountain Capital, has claimed to have boughten 'substantial shares', per conference call admittance. JV says he can't sell his shares for a year, per law. And franchise owners, per by-laws, can exorcise the stock option of purchasing more shares for a year as a franchisee. So Garland Harris "claims all of Texas", in the form of ONE-HUNDRED and FIFTEEN franchises. .05 times 115 equals more money than you can shake a stick at!!(when taken into the context of the substantial AMOUNT of shares Garland already accumulated.) My bet is What? What do YOU THINK? I'm listening....
