Looks like the question may have been answered for us...

SEC's Edgar is showing a filing, the same type as have been seen before for Spooz, which I believe is 504 activity, filing date 10/29/2007. Very interesting, if this really is 504, then that raises some interesting questions about the information being received from the company.
