DOS that sounds like alot of nonsense. The canadians are not the ones mining the gold. Aurus delivers the gold to a Russian bank who sells it for them and then the money is credited to Aurus. How could it be any other way.
If it was the way you suggest why has it taken Dogvan 9 months to rectify things.
They say they have revenues of around 60 million in the last 9 months,and they have known about the buyout for a number of months and they just now realised they don't have all the info needed for a Proxy.
Nobody is that stupid.
My theory is that the current management are buying back the company thru another Russian shell. Its taken this long for them to get the collateral and paperwork together to complete the buyout.
I think this buyout will happen but it may take another 2 or 3 months.
If this company was a scam,then they have the most incompetent people on earth running it.
Those who are patient will probably win big time.
I will be buying back when PPS drops because of the extended delay for the Proxy and shareholder meeting.
