Very strange question considering we have been on the pinks for 2 weeks and you obviously know that - the first step was becoming a U.S. company that was accomplished to perfection.
The only way Gunther could have assured us that the beautiful share structure we had as a foriegn company remained in tact was going this route.
Any other way we would have had to give up a percentage of our ownership away and nobody wanted to do that. This was the absolute best way to go for the shareholders and the company.
Gunther is in the process of getting his financials together and reviewed by a PCAOB certified accountant so that we can apply to the OTCBB. As jerseyboy stated, this will take some time.
Much, much better then having to change the excellent share structure we currently have and a very shareholder first way of thinking.
