There are WRNW shares to be had. If WRNW owns 51% of DVFI then any profits from DVFI go proportionatly to WRNW. Therefore WRNW stock could be added to the deals, maybe say 2-3 times as many and then the lease holders could participate in these deals as well. Or just give them royalties. I don't see this news as a deal breaker.
