I have a quick question for the board. When someone owns enough shares that it has to be reported, don't they have to give a like a 30 day notice before selling? I think I have seen that with other companies.

Also, I can't see anyone buying that many shares if they don't think the pps is going to do some amazing things. Thats a lot of money to throw away.
