Re:shareholder meeting...IMO they have no obligation as a Pinkie to hold a AGM..the only Pink tier that is required is the Pink Sheet OTCQX-the top tier-and that ain't us...

however, they are governed by Delaware Corp law and I believe they are required to hold one-either a physical(and I am sure it might get physical LOL) or a virtual one...
