Allinxxl is on to something I me thinks. I smell OTCBB and R/M after a few of these smaller deals have been completed. Let's guess between Turkey day and Christmas.

When we close some of these deals, the Chinese will be more apt to work toward buying our services as they will feel more comfortable with our presence there : )
