I know what you mean, however they must have all their ducks in a row before they just start sending out PR's. New management is getting their arms around the whole venture... meeting the rigorous SEC accounting regs for reporting, finishing the new production facility, changing over old GTEC biz into new, keeping the acquisition pipeline and research warm, consideration of adding new product lines, handing over info to the PR firm... oh, and also running the company.
The Chinese have had a consistent history for about 6,000 years now, and it is that very sense of history which gives them a whole lot of something we Americans have very little of... patience. We do fast nickels, they do slow dimes.
