No specific date as of yet. Confirmed ON target to open "before the end of the year".

I think that H3 will be very hesitant to announce a date until they 100% convinced they can hit target. H3 cant afford to miss another date, even by a day or two. So they will wait til the last minute to announce it.

Just my opinion...
