Mr. Geary,

Fortunately, today I found a window of time to contact First American Stock Transfer for an update on your stock structure. The individual with whom I spoke indicated they do not provide such information. Only officers may request the outstanding and authorized share structure. They proceeded to refer me to you.

In order to reduce the number of requests the company is likely to receive on this matter, perhaps it would be prudent to request the transfer agent to provide this information to investors. As you of course know, any additional transparency is greatly appreciated by the investment community. Meanwhile, when possible, can you provide the latest numbers for the float, authorized, and outstanding shares? I will relay this information to the VSTR board on Investors Hub (http://investorshub.com).
