Called Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer.
1) outstanding shares are still 8.863 million (unchanged)
2) DTC has still not released the converted shares -
they are still working on the issue - why it takes
DTC so long - they (Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer)
really dont know!
Did ask for a phone no. at DTC - they dont have any
specific to give (thousends of people working there).
So - the shares which are traded actually are "round-up"
shares? Ask how much is the volume of the round-up shares
- they are not allowed to tell.
Does anybody have an contact no. at DTC ?
