My major concerns for this stock are:

1. The number of shars outstanding. Will cap any big moves unless there is lots of oil.

2. That the oil in the JDZ will not be enough to move the stock price significantly, as the result of the above.

3. What are going to be the penalities after the investigation? Will the company have more dilution to pay for these?

4. And if there are significant penalities management will have to dilute for other projects.

5. And my last concern will the stock move up enough to justify the wait.
