Stable share price in the .02 to .03 area with an increase of 60,000,000 shares from the last 10Q is BULLISH.

If it was all convertibles there are barely any left.

If it was all Cashless Warrant exercise there is a reduction in total warrants that is greater than 60,000,000.

If the warrants were exercised at .02 Avergae price its CASH in ONEV coffers.
