The biggest mistae websites make is offering a user too many things to click on.

It is confusing and distracting, and does not guide a person to a conclusion.

The site needs to perform 3 functions:

1. Take someone brand new and turn them into a customer. This requires what we call a conversion. High conversion is a achieved by 'guiding' a new prospect to the conclusion you want without 1000 confusing steps and options that could take them away from what you ultimately want them doing, which is signing up as a customer. Decent marks here, there are some techniques they could emply that might increase conversion rates, but its just as well they build massive traffic then track the metrics.

2. Provide a simple and easily navigable interface for finding and launching media current subscribers want to see. I think we are doing pretty good here.

3. Provide a means of viral market penetration. They get a failing grade from me here. There has to be a multitude of ways that a current subscriber can refer this thing to a friend. Fr example, the player should have a little button on it that sends a reelcash invite to a friend. Each feature page should have a button or link to refer this. On and on. In addition, users should have a way to participate in a social community interaction format. The site has neither of these critical features necessary for a strong viral effect.
