Looks like Wheeler's motions were DENIED!

Move to Federal court is simply a delay tactic after motion to dismiss was DENIED. Wheelers milking the system and buying time. A $2000.00 donation to the Republican party isn't going to help him. He will settle this matter as the FEDS at the SEC are our ace in the hole, Calentine and company are very smart to attempt asset recovery from the thief before that move. They wouldn't pursue him this intently if they didn't have the goods, what would be the point?

Wheeler and Sons will settle when all legal tactics expire as his actions indicate a trial is not in their interest. He simply cannot risk loosing a fraud case as it would bring the law upon himself and disbarment. Two bit lawyer moves won't save him, he'll settle and crawl back under his rock, unfortunately no less for the wear.

I believe the end of the legal manuvours for some defendants are winding down, probably some of what's driving share price recently.
