Hello all, been in this one for some time. This stock is not acting as a high floater at all. If the float was really as big as some would have us believe, we would be at triple zero's by now. Also, support at the bid is quite strong. I saw 20M shares dumped the other day and the share price barely budged, only to claw itself back up on low volume. In my opinion, Sib is doing exactly what they said they would be doing - buying back as many shares as possible for as long as the law allows before they must disclose the terms of the TO. The way I see it, the buyout price was established a long time ago when previous management ceded control to Sib. They are doing everything possible to keep the share price as low as possible to buy at the lowest price. They buy at the bid. They increase the AS. They keep silent. They know that the combination of these things will allow them to keep buying low in this paranoid pink market. At some point they will start buying at the ask because they will be running out of time. Soon after they will announce the pay dates and TO, as previously PR'd. I was lucky enough to sell at $.0179 and now I am riding double my original shares at an average of $.004. A lot of redundant bashing that strengthens my belief that perhaps there may be some NSS also. IMHO.
