This is sooooo true about the employees, landowners and other companies that do business with HEMI. I personally know one local contractor that says it is nice to work for them (HEMI) "because my check for the job done is in my hand when my crew leaves the field." The same can't be said for several of the other larger and smaller companies working in this same area.
