I finally made contact with Terry. We had been playing phone tag for a couple of days. He is indeed very nice and answered all my questions.

He said there was nothing to worry about as regards the loan; also that there are no plans to sell more stock in the immediate future.

Yes, they are working with a potential new licensee, but he can't say how long that will take.

The first revenues will probably come from a coupling of RECAF with Abbott's PSA test, though he could give no timeline.

They are not actively seeking a new exchange right now; they figure that will come with time and revenues.

Although he could theoretically have more clients than Biocurex, right now they are his only client, and they keep him quite busy.

Basically, I got the feeling that our investments are in good hands, but that the big payoff may not come as quickly as we had hoped. I could be wrong about that, and I hope I am, but I am willing to wait at least another year or two unless something goes terribly wrong.
