Thanks pomp... you know, it really does make sense. I'd also like to think that while researching viable pharmaceutical cos. to bring to the US market, they had a number of great candidates to choose from.

LTUS... they brought it through the pipeline, LJPC... they reverse-merge with, and so clearly the old GTEC gang had done their homework on the pharmaceutical industry in China. I'm hoping there's a couple other companies that have already been "shopped" and screened as likely acquisitions. That is why the buyout was structured the way it was, because this whole plan was a fait a compli as planned by Wubo and Gary.
