im curious how that reg sho list is going to look after the 35 day period is over in nov... i wonder if some of the orgs holding shorts might not opt to pay a fine as it might be cheaper in the long run... unless theres something that would preclude them from doing that...(is it 35 or 45 days from oct 15?)
