Wouldn't he need at least half the O/S to get controlling interest and ownership in ONMC. Along this line, wouldn't he need at least half to offer to Aquagold in the merger? And wouldn't Jessie want a big slice for himself to make it worth his time? I would! To me this would mean at least 60% (or more) of the O/S is in Aquagold and Jessies hands.
So it would be nice to know how many shares were inviolved in the merger agreement to Aquagold to close the deal.
Anybody know or am I way off here.
